About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Improvement Specialist to join our team at Merco Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding care group that prioritizes employee development and high-quality care standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing care homes in the absence of Home Managers
- Supporting the integration of new homes into our group
- Assisting Home Managers to meet aims and objectives
- Documenting processes for care homes and contributing to the enhancement of electronic platforms, such as eMAR
- Participating in projects aimed at increasing occupancy and reducing vacancies/agency use
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 15% bonus tied to performance objectives. The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 + 15% quarterly bonus (OTE £80,000). You will also have access to generous holiday entitlement and opportunities for career progression.
