Children's Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Carer (Level 2) to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children and young people in our residential homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and shift leading
- Developing projects and direct work with children
- Mentoring new staff and leading practice areas
- Chairing professional meetings
- Managing household tasks and preparing young people for independent living
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and young people, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.
Salary: £31,586 - £34,314 per annum, plus allowances
