Job Description

We are seeking Relief Children's Residential Carers to join our team at Haven Cottage (Boston), Eastgate (Sleaford) and Riverhead (Louth). As a Relief Children's Residential Carer, you will provide high-quality support to children aged between primary school and 18 years old. Your role will involve assisting them with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and maintaining strong connections with their loved ones and friends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No professional caring experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • You will need to have a kind and caring nature with a passion for supporting children's welfare.
  • Basic IT skills are required as is a willingness to obtain a QCF qualification in working with children.
