We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Carer to join our progressive children's homes in Lincoln and Sleaford. This role offers a clear career progression opportunity for those with experience working with children and leading a team.
As a key worker, you will be responsible for supervising staff, leading shifts, and working under pressure to ensure the well-being of our children and young people. You will also develop projects and direct work with children, mentor new staff, and lead practice areas.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain resilient relationships with stakeholders, produce reports, and maintain accurate records. A driving licence is desirable but negotiable for some of the homes.

We offer high-quality induction and ongoing training and development, trauma training, and therapeutic support. Interviews will be arranged on a flexible basis with candidates who have evidenced in their application that they meet the essential criteria for the role.
Lincolnshire County Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
