Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team in the Sleaford area.

This role involves providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy, epilepsy, PEG feed, ventilation, medication administration, oxygen therapy, suctioning, personal care, cough assist, behaviour management, and autism support.

You will be responsible for supporting children, young people, and adults with complex needs, enabling them to take part in activities within and outside their homes. This is a vital lifeline for service users and their families, providing much-needed support and respite.

Job Requirements
  • A driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • A DBS check and references

Salary

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
