Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Lead Care Professional
Job Summary:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Greylees. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Book in training and induct new colleagues
- Support with supervision and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances
- Order medication and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
