Senior Support Worker Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide day-to-day support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
* Assist the Manager with the supervision and management of the service
* Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues
* Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
