Home From Home Care Limited is a family-run care provider seeking a dedicated Female Senior Support Worker to join their ONE TEAM Working approach. This role involves providing care and support to individuals living in their own apartments within specialist services. The ideal candidate will have experience as a support worker and a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. They will be responsible for fostering independence, developing individualised care plans, and managing medication and health appointments, all while ensuring high care and safety standards are maintained. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach. They must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. In return, Home From Home Care Limited offers a competitive salary, a bonus of £100 on completion of the probationary period, a Health Cash Plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The company has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday and 7:00am Monday. This posting is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 (schedule 9, Part 1) which provides for the application of a genuine occupational requirement. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team environment where everyone's input is valued. They will be working in modern, state-of-the-art homes set in the countryside, as part of a forward-thinking company that uses the latest technology to enhance care. They will have access to the Employee Assistance Programme, the dedicated wellbeing team, and the opportunity to claim up to £100 per month in advance through the EASE Payments scheme. They will also have the opportunity to work towards bonuses and rewards through the Loyalty Attendance Bonus scheme and the Refer a friend scheme. The cycle to work scheme, free blue light card, and Rapid Payments system will also be available to the successful candidate.
