Female Complex Care Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Care Assistant to join our Specialist Services Team.
You'll be providing care and support to our clients who require complex care, including tracheostomy, epilepsy, PEG feed, ventilation, medication administration, oxygen, suctioning, personal care, cough assist, and behaviour management.
As a valued member of our team, you'll have access to our comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.
We're looking for someone with excellent people skills, great communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Previous caring experience is essential, and we'll consider people with informal caring experience.
As a Female Complex Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for helping our clients continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment.
We offer a permanent contract, guaranteed hours, free uniform and PPE, full clinical training and supervision, fully funded qualifications, and career progression opportunities.
Requirements include a driver's license, access to a vehicle, a DBS check, and the right to work in the UK.
