We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Carer (Level 2) in one of our progressive and supportive children's homes. As a key worker, you will be responsible for providing direct support and guidance to children, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
About the Role:
- Key Worker Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing direct support and guidance to children, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Shift Leading and Supervision: You will lead shifts and supervise staff members, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in your care.
- Project Development and Planning: You will work closely with the children to develop projects and plans, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
Salary and Benefits: £31,586 - £34,314 per annum, plus a sleeping-in payment of £41. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a local government pension scheme, career progression opportunities, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
