Teaching Assistant for ASD Pupils

Job Description
Reeson Education is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a Special Needs school in Westminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and provide individualized support to students with ASD
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other members of the teaching team
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children with ASD or similar learning difficulties
- A willingness to undertake personal care tasks, including feeding, changing, and toileting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
