Job Title: Administrative Assistant (PA to Director)

Salary: £25,200 - £31,800 per annum

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide PA support to our Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience of MS Outlook and proficient use of the MS Office suite. You will have experience in an office administrative role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Director.
  • Scheduling and facilitating logistics for departmental events, such as away days, all-hands meetings, community support, and L&D opportunities.
  • Coordinating admin support for the annual Digital & Data Day corporate event.
