About the Job

Broadfield UK is seeking a Conveyancing Administrative Assistant to join their team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to partners and fee earners, ensuring seamless execution of conveyancing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain skills and experience in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client care letters and verify clients' ID and proof of address using ThirdFort app.
  • Confirm instructions to estate agents and other solicitors, as well as prepare payment forms for partner approval.
  • Ensure all correspondence and documentation is electronically filed and submit Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
Requirements
  • Either strong administrative experience working in a law firm with some knowledge of residential property or a graduate looking to acquire skills and experience in the legal sector.
  • An organized approach to working, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
