A Conveyancing Role for Experienced Professionals

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing Conveyancing team, supporting Solicitors and Fee Earners with administrative tasks. As a skilled Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing files and documents, preparing and amending documents, and assisting with sales, purchases, and transfers of equity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to Solicitors and Fee Earners, including document preparation and file management.
  2. Manage files and documents accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  3. Prepare and amend documents as required, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Assist with sales, purchases, and transfers of equity, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 months of experience in conveyancing, preferably in a Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Conveyancer position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
