A Conveyancing Role for Experienced Professionals

About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Legal Assistant to join our thriving Conveyancing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Solicitors and Fee Earners with administrative tasks, managing files and documents, and preparing and amending documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Solicitors and Fee Earners, including document preparation and file management.
  • Manage files and documents accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and amend documents as required, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with sales, purchases, and transfers of equity, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 months of experience in conveyancing, preferably in a Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Conveyancer position. Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
