About the Role

This HR Business Development Manager position involves leading and influencing people strategy across a business unit. We are seeking someone who has proven experience in delivering HR-related projects with real business impact.

  • Proven experience delivering HR-related projects with real business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract, analyse, and present data that informs decisions.
  • Able to judge risk, escalate when necessary, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

This role offers:

  • A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
