Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent and reduce turnover rates.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, leave balances, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements and optimize resource allocation.

The estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
