Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a School Support Operations Partner. This role will be responsible for supporting the department in the provision of effective and colleague-focused functions across the trust, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures and relevant legislation.

This includes partnering with school leaders to ensure that Colleague Services processes and people management meet their needs and those of the pupils. The successful candidate will also work closely with finance and operational business partners to ensure that staffing meets budgetary requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (To include English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above)
  • CIPD level 5 or commitment to undertake
  • Experience of dealing with complex employee relations cases
  • Experience in coaching senior leaders through complex casework
  • Knowledge of best practise in specific HR areas, recruitment, absences, capability, disciplinary etc
  • Knowledge of casework management processes and proactive management
  • To be able to effectively use IT, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • Good time management skills and prioritisation
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is £34,314 - £37,938 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 24-hour confidential helpline, confidential counselling, stress coaching, virtual GP, and access to over 70 online e-Learning courses.
