Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Spalding. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering our People Plan across the business, working closely with Line Managers and Senior Leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ethical compliance, including SEDEX audits, modern slavery risk assessments, and alignment with ethical trading standards.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet business needs, from recruiting high-calibre hourly workers to supporting internal succession for salaried roles.
  • Coordinate employee surveys, help line managers develop action plans, and drive engagement at every level of the business.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to build capability, upskill managers, and ensure we have a strong talent pipeline.
  • Build relationships with unions, temporary labour providers, and occupational health teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR's role in driving business success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
