Job Title: Senior Clinical Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Mental Health Practitioner. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical telephone triage and assessment to individuals presenting with mental health illnesses or conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Well-being Practitioners, acting as a point of escalation and decision-maker for clinical triage and risk management. You will also provide specialized clinical advice to other mental health professionals and deliver compassionate care to those in need of mental health support.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Registered Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical and service issues within area of practice.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
