You will provide supervision, mentorship, training, and clinical support to students and practitioners.
You must evaluate care, taking action to improve quality standards through clinical audit, root cause analysis, and addressing complaints.

Key Responsibilities- Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist practitioner
- Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
- Evidence of recent professional development
- Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
- Recent previous experience within a comparable role
- Developing specialist programmes of care for individuals or groups
- Effective communication and written English skills
- Able to advance own clinical knowledge and competence
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
