About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Practitioner. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy or physiotherapy, with experience in assessing and managing wheelchair service users. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide advanced clinical advice and support to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality, person-centered care that prioritizes people's safety, privacy, and dignity using advanced clinical knowledge based on evidence.
  • To undertake independent assessments and management of wheelchair service users, making complex clinical decisions when necessary.
  • To provide advanced clinical advice, leadership, and support to ensure the needs of the service are met through exercising high levels of clinical judgment, critical analysis, and decision-making skills.


Benefits:
In addition to a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a generous relocation package of up to £10,000 for those moving to Dorset. Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks are required for employment.
