Accelerate Your Nursing Career
We are seeking newly graduated Registered Nurses to join our 24-month Graduate Program. This program is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a supportive environment while providing you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.
The program commences with four, 3-month long placements over the first 12 months, covering the following areas of nursing:
- Assessment & Care Planning for Older Adults
- Caring for Residents with Dementia
- Leadership Development
In the second year, you will have the opportunity to expand on your clinical learnings through a 3-month secondment into an acute setting, rounding out your knowledge and capability.
About the Role
This full-time position involves working 38 hours per week in one of our metro Melbourne or Sydney homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our team members.
