We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join our community reablement team, which provides a range of exciting opportunities to work in a community-based setting.

About the Role

This role involves working as an autonomous practitioner, providing a high standard of physiotherapy service within the community setting. You will work across various localities, health board sites, and community settings, undertaking specialist clinical duties as required.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals and their families/carers to deliver goal-oriented therapy programmes in the home environment.

Key Requirements
  • BSc Physiotherapy qualification
  • Health Professions Council registration
  • Knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards for community-based rehabilitation
