Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board seeks a skilled Physiotherapist to join its community rehabilitation team, providing multi-disciplinary therapy services in the Rhondda, Cynon, and Taf areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working in community settings and be able to deliver goal-oriented therapy programmes in the home environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services in the community setting
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Deliver patient-centred care, prioritising individual needs and goals
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to maintain accurate patient records, and demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
As an autonomous practitioner, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients within their own homes. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals within the local community.
