We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CAMHS practitioner to work in our CRISIS - Rapid Response Service.

The successful candidate will be available across a rota of long days and nights, including weekends, as it is a 24/7 service.

  • Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to maintain young people with significant and complex needs in the community.
  • Collaborating with Cornwall Council families and colleagues to build an integrated pathway that offers support and treatment for families.
  • Communicating highly complex information to young people, their families, and agencies.
  • Developing relationships with young people and families, often dealing with individuals in distress.
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with other professionals and significant others.
  • Providing specialist consultation, advice, and training to professionals across various agencies and settings.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth mental health and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
