Job Title: Consultant General Adult Psychiatry
Rota and Position: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Community role, S12 required.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled General Adult Psychiatry Consultant to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive assessment and treatment of adult patients with mental health conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborating with community services and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of working as a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A strong understanding of adult psychiatry principles and practices is essential, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
