We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the needs and support requirements of people with complex mental health needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic recovery-focused support to clients with mental health across the EEDMHS.
  • Engage creatively with a caseload of clients based on their identified support needs.
  • Support and accompany clients to attend essential appointments.
  • Develop person-centered Support Plans and Risk Management Plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A working knowledge of the needs and support requirements of people with complex mental health needs.
  • An ability to build trusting and professional relationships.
  • Empower people to develop their skills, strengths, and talents.
