About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Holistic Recovery Specialist to join our team at Saha. This role involves providing creative and engaging support to clients with mental health needs, helping them to develop skills and resources for independent living.

The successful candidate will have experience working with people with mental health needs or in social care settings, and be able to develop person-centered Support Plans and Risk Management Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in accessing information on housing, health, welfare, benefits, and other resources.
  • Accompany clients to essential appointments and assist with medication management where required.
  • Evaluate potential new clients and liaise with external agencies, including Health Professionals.
  • Manage incidents or challenging behavior and develop person-centered Support Plans and Risk Management Plans.
