About the Role:

This is a pivotal role that requires a creative problem-solver, someone who can inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, driving loyalty and retention through exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Motivate and empower our team members to achieve their full potential, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

  • An estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
