In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, live chat, and email. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.

As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will troubleshoot complex technical problems related to hosted PBX, mobile, and third-party networks. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous holiday allowance, private health insurance, PerkBox benefits, enhanced parental pay, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
