Job Description

This role is based in Belfast, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support our team in delivering outstanding food service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Craft Outstanding Customer Experiences: Deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues, clients, and customers, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  2. Prepare Delicious Meals: Assist in food preparation, serving menus, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  3. Keep Facilities Sparkling: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of food service areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  5. Foster a Culture of Safety: Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
