Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with customers and external service providers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and accurately input orders, replacements, spare parts, and point of sale received via telephone, email, and post in line with customer service procedures.
- Answer inquiries from internal and external customers via telephone, email, letter, and fax, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Advise and confirm customer deliveries through our booking-in procedure.
- Control, investigate, and action credits/overcharges related to designated areas.
- Provide aftersales support and collaborate with internal and external departments/stakeholders.
This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £22,695 depending on experience, as well as:

- Pension, plus other benefits, including 36.25 hours per week (Monday-Friday), with 2x15 minute paid breaks and 45 minutes unpaid for lunch.
