**Role Summary:**
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Tasks:**
- To provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- To prioritize and accurately input and schedule orders/replacements, spare parts, and point of sale.
- To answer enquiries from all internal and external customers.

- 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 2 x 15-minute paid breaks and 45 minutes unpaid break for lunch.

**Essential Skills:**
- Experience working in a similar customer-facing role.
- Comfortable working with computers and in-house systems.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Good general administration skills.
