Customer Experience Advocate

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (plus potential for a quarterly performance-related bonus)
We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers over the phone and email
- Assisting clients with resolving issues or concerns related to their digital products
- Implementing digital solutions and ensuring seamless customer experience
- Creating how-to guides and videos to enhance customer knowledge
- Courtesy calls to customers to ensure all is running well
- Reporting on product performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparing quotes and upselling additional products where needed
