Join Our Team as a Locum Family Safeguarding Social Worker

We are seeking a motivated and experienced social worker to join our team in Somerset, supporting vulnerable young people and families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, including experience working with children and families in Local Authority teams.

In this role, you will work closely with adult-focused practitioners in specialist areas such as substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health, using your expertise to inform assessments and plans. You will also support children and families facing complex challenges, working with parents and family networks to identify strengths, tackle problems, and change interactions and behaviors through Family Group Conferencing.
