Digital Account Manager Opportunity:

Brook Street UK Careers is seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, implementing digital products, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Duties:

  • Support customers with their Digital products, addressing queries and resolving issues
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, highlighting the value of our digital solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base materials to enhance customer self-service capabilities

Package and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum (plus potential for a quarterly performance-related bonus), 21 days holiday + 4 wellbeing days + 8 bank holidays, free parking, and quarterly staff events with reward schemes.
