We are looking for an individual who can provide expert guidance and support to our customers across various channels, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our national digital support and skills program.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of technology and its applications. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Responsibilities:
- To provide expert guidance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- To identify and report any technical issues or concerns that may impact customer service
- To collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary: circa £36,000 per annum (dependent on location)
