Job Summary:

Hermès is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage customer services, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing customer services, including follow-up routines, quality control, and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will support sales teams, manage till controls, and supervise stock inventory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and follow-up on customer services, including customer contact and complaints handling
  2. Contribute to team effort in managing services to customers, including remote sales and online sales
  3. Be responsible for the quality of follow-up for all customer services
  4. Monitor conversion rates and average durations for reservations and customer requests
  5. Manage and supervise the work of internal leather artisan and/or tailor if any
  6. Assist with till controls, including morning store opening, till closing, and accurate till remittances
  7. Supervise stock inventory and assist the stock team as needed
  8. Manage the store archiving for relevant documents and support sales teams with digital tools

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service management and sales floor support

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
