About the RoleAs a Commercial Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, working closely with account managers to increase support levels and drive continuous improvement projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Escalation management: investigate customer issues and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Customer issue/escalation logs: identify repeat occurrences and implement preventative measures
- Participation in customer/partner meetings: work alongside dedicated Account Managers to build strong relationships
- Analyzing customer performance data: work with Account Managers to create actionable insights and drive initiatives
- Maintaining MI content, specification, and design: ensure a market-leading MI package is provided
- Delivering technical and product support: hold in-depth knowledge of all service solutions and products
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage own time and workload effectively
