Job Description: Payables and Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Payables and Accounting Professional to join our team at Vision Truck Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing full cycle accounts payable, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time, communicating with internal and external vendors, and reconciling vendor statements. Additionally, they will maintain accounts payable filing systems and reconcile month-end and year-end accounting reports.

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable/accounting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential requirements for this role.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include dental care, extended health care, on-site parking, and a comprehensive RRSP match program.
