We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Finance team at PragmatIC Semiconductor.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced or aspiring AP Clerk to provide day-to-day transactional accounting support to the accounts payable and finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge and process invoices and expenses in preparation for month-end and payment runs.
  • Reconcile and process Corporate Cards, responding to any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with accounts payable internal and external queries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Monitor daily supplier communications and respond accordingly.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and take necessary actions.
  • Provide support for the year-end statutory audit as required.
  • Offer general assistance and support for ad-hoc tasks within the finance team.
  • Maintain adherence to relevant financial policies and procedures throughout all accounts payable activities.
  • Organize, plan, and manage own workload to ensure responsibilities are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • GCSE/equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • AAT or prior experience in Accounts Payable (desirable).
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to adjust priorities as needed.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting procedures and ERP systems (desirable).
  • Ability to identify and report potential issues.
