Accounts Receivable and Payable Coordinator

Marshall of Cambridge Holdings Limited is seeking a temporary Account Payable Clerk to cover maternity leave for a period of 9 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments to suppliers and employees, processing invoices, resolving account queries, and reconciling supplier accounts.
This role reports directly to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and effective communication abilities. Some key responsibilities include:
- Processing and maintaining accurate records of purchase ledger invoices and expenses
- Timely payment of invoices to suppliers and employees
- Resolving account queries and discrepancies with suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements and purchase ledger accounts
- Assisting with BACS payments to suppliers and employees
