Accounts Receivable Expert

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable expert to join our team in Cambridge. As an Invoice to Cash team member, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing customer payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Process and post customer payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communication.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or related field preferred.
Estimated salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.
