Shipping and Receiving Lead

VitalAire Canada Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Shipping and Receiving Lead to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operations, including coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods.
- Coordinating the movement of goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to shipping and receiving, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Degree: High School diploma or equivalent in welding/Industrial products and gases.
- Training: Dangerous Goods certificate, WHMIS certificate, forklift license (asset).
- Knowledge: MS Office, inventory systems, warehouse management. Bilingualism (asset).
- Experience: 3-5 years in the industrial sector.
