The role is responsible for chasing outstanding debts from customers, processing customer receipts, and maintaining clean and controlled customer accounts using credit limits, statements, and credit holds.
This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and is part of the Finance team located in Cambridge, UK.
We aim to be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Chase outstanding debts from customers
- Process customer receipts
- Maintain clean and controlled customer accounts using credit limits, statements, and credit holds
Requirements
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- A great communicator and comfortable conversing with customers over telephone and email as required
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- An understanding in Accountancy/Finance is desirable but not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office specifically Excel
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
