We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the AP Clerk Role at PragmatIC Semiconductor.

Job Requirements

This position entails supporting the accounts payable and finance team with day-to-day transactional accounting activities, necessitating strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process invoices and expenses for month-end and payment runs.
  • Resolve Corporate Card discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Address internal and external accounts payable inquiries promptly.
  • Track and respond to daily supplier communications.
  • Review and reconcile supplier statements, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Support the annual statutory audit as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Maintain adherence to financial policies and procedures in accounts payable operations.
  • Efficiently manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
Essential Qualifications:
  • GCSE/equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • AAT certification or prior experience in Accounts Payable (desirable).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and ERP systems is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
