Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to support our accounting functions and tasks. Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with established terms.
- Communicate with internal and external vendors and reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain accounts payable filing systems.
- Reconcile and submit related month-end and year-end accounting reports.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and effective multi-tasking.
