We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to support our accounting functions at the Vision Truck Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process full cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with established terms.
  • Communicate with internal and external vendors and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Maintain accounts payable filing systems.
  • Reconcile and submit related month-end and year-end accounting reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision.

A competitive salary in the range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum is offered for this role based on industry standards and location.
