About the Job

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires relocation to Cambridge, ON N1R 8B7. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing full cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Details:
  • Full-time, Permanent position.
  • Relocation to Cambridge, ON N1R 8B7 is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, on-site parking, paid time off, and RRSP match.

Responsibilities:
  • Process full cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with established terms.
  • Communicate with internal and external vendors and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Maintain accounts payable filing systems.
  • Reconcile and submit related month-end and year-end accounting reports.
